We are really excited to announce the Roland Dyens International Arrangement Competition. Roland Dyens was a major part of the first Seconda Prattica International Arrangement Competition for Solo Guitar, and we are very honored to carry on his legacy with the blessing of his family.

The solo guitar arrangements will be judged in the first round by Mark Delpriora, Evan Drummond, and James Piorkowski. The final round with consist of the works performed live by Rene Izquierdo, Thomas Viloteau, and Matthew Slotkin.

The judges for this include Leo Brouwer, Nicholas Goluses, Joanne Castellani, Stephen Brew, James Piorkowski, Orlay Alonso, and an audience choice.

Top prize is $1,000 USD and the arrangement will be published by Seconda Prattica. Admission into the competition is only $40 per entry and you can submit more than one. The deadline is September 28th, 2017.
